-Nadine and Jamie didn't understand how to track leads
-They were confused about the pipeline
-We will automate their 2nd and 3rd texts
-change "hot leads" to "connected"
-Add "no show" to columns
-Jamie was telling leads to "call the office" to book instead of just booking them.
-they need to set up training again for the pipeline
-they want to know if the leads are "actually making them money or not"
-Auburn says they aren't entitled to co-op funds. So they didn't submit co-op.
