hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac the app sent an auto text out to a lead after they responded to the first text. I thought that a reply from the lead was supposed to opt them out of the campaign? Can you take a look at this conversation and the sub-acct and see what happened? thanks!

Vania J, Medstar Vania - Sure. Can you please share the lead name or phone number? I checked the most recent leads in their account but couldn't find this issue in conversation. I also checked in the campaign settings and "Stop on response" is already enabled.
