Checked the Updates inbox in Gmail inbox for Support to find email invite. Clicked on invitation, received and verified GoDaddy DELAGATE invitation for access for {Renewal Skin Spa - www.renewalskinspa.com} client and domain renewalskinspa.com. Delegate access under the name - Jon Gill. Went ahead and added new client to Godaddy Delegate Access Client List to keep it updated. Added domain and other info to sheet. Updated client's spreadsheet and also task on BC3, informed team of access.

Hey Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - Unfortunately it's of no use to us since they are using custom NS for this domain. Based on the NS it seems they have it pointed to this service.

We will either need access to the service they have the NS pointed to or if the client can't provide access to it due to any reason. We can provide them with the required DNS that they can update on their end.

Hi Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com   - The message will be a little different for each client depending on where they have the domain pointed to and also where the new website will be hosted.

I have noticed that 95% of the clients are not aware that their domain is using custom nameservers or even know what that is and due to this when we use terms like "custom nameservers" or "Cloudflare" in the email asking for the access it confuses them. So I would recommend we keep the email very short and simple instead of first explaining why we need access to this other service in the email.

For this specific client, we can write something like -.

Hi,
We just checked in GoDaddy and noticed that your domain is pointed to this hosting service. http://www.accountsupport.com/. Do you have access to your account with them? If you don't then we will need to ask the guys who created this website for you. They should have it.
