While checking on the status of Google ads accounts under our access, found that client -{Renewal Skin Spa - www.renewalskinspa.com} had to start their verification process of their Google ads account - Renewal Skin Spa 275-937-9314 - by August 27th. Searched for the emails to see who is the best person to contact. Found renewalskinspa@gmail.com . Also saw that we are not ADMIN so I could not begin process. Went ahead and sent client and team an email explaining the need to verify the account by the due date. Also included documents to fill out and other information. Will wait for a reply in the coming days if not we will need to follow up directly by calling.

Hello Renewal Skin Spa Team,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA.

We need to start the verification for your Google ads account - Renewal Skin Spa 275-937-9314 by August 27th. Otherwise, the account will be placed on hold and all ads put on paused until it is done.

You will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:

1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account = Soma Medical Spa 377-447-7633

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number.

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account at renewalskinspa@gmail.com where Google ads has sent instructions.

Unfortunately, we are not ADMIN to this account so we cannot begin the verification process. You can start it and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.

Client has gone ahead and submitted the documents to verify this account. We are now waiting for Google ads team to review it and respond.
