Ivonne - The client has this domain pointed to a different service using custom NS. Until we get access to that service or the client updates the records on their end. We wouldn't be able to set up staged server on this sub-domain.

Hi Isaac ! Can you please write me a message here of what I need to ask the client giving them these two options? What dns records should we give them? Also, is this the same message that we’ve been asking several clients? I’m seeing if I can create a standard template for these situations, or if it’s always a unique message?  

Hi Ivonne - It would be a little different for each client depending on where they have the domain pointed to and also where the website will be hosted.

I have noticed that 95% of the clients are not aware that their domain is using custom nameservers or even know what that is and due to this when we use terms like "custom nameservers" or "Cloudflare" in the email asking for the access it confuses them. So I would recommend we keep the email very short and simple instead of first explaining why we need access to this other service in the email.

For this specific client, we can write something like -. 

Hi,
We just checked in GoDaddy and noticed that your domain is pointed to this hosting service. http://www.accountsupport.com/. Do you have access to your account with them? If you don't then we will need to ask the guys who created this website for you. They should have it.

The access they provided us doesn't allow us to access the DNS settings which is needed to point the sub-domain to our server.

In this case, the client would need to contact the account support guys from the registered email to either enable the DNS access or we can provide them with the required records for the sub-domain and they can add it on their own end.

Let's just change the second hero photo to first place, because since it's the first photo seen on the site, I would like it to show faces. Also we can delete the third photo, because we only need one face photo. I like the pure black background of the last photo you chose. It looks better with the rest of the pics. In total there should be 3 hero images.

For the book an appointment with us, let's switch to this photo because it shows bodies and 2 out of the 4 services is about the body.

Regarding the color button on the hero image. It's part of the theme, and I can't change it.  If I use another color, it will affect the overall color of the site.

Is this about ready for blurbs and audit?

Isaac can we change the button on hero so that it is colored in with the accent color the developer chooses and white text so that it stands out more? Please change on this website and on theme01. Thank you!

Ivonne Alyssa - We need to instructs all of ours devs who are working on the websites that using this theme to not use inline CSS. Inline css overrides all the CSS we have in the theme for different screen sizes. Many of the issues that you guys have reported on mobile and tablet are getting caused by them. They can add inline css for color, font-weight etc but not for font-size, line-height etc..basically anything to do with the size and space.
