I know we don't have access to this client's site so this may be a shot in the dark.
I am seeing an error on their main site now -
https://www.renoregen.com/
It has been down for about 2 hours due to a Connection timeout issue.
Can you let me know if you can look into it? Perhaps you have login and I am not seeing it on the sheet.

Good morning. So I am checking now and I still see the website is down. 
I am sending the client an email letting them know because this makes us look good. It shows we are monitoring their site even though they have another marketing company.
