Okay so if they are using their own pop ups they should be showing no matter what. Isaac, all I am seeing on Optin is the Emsculpt NEO pop up. 
They need to have on for the Emsella page.

My apologies for not being more specific. I was referring to the SIDE FORM. 
It is not showing up when I fill it out. The pop ups are fine..
In any event, I am seeing the side form now show up as well.
