whitney.zelig@gmail.com - Did you submit the form from Coolsculpting or Botox page? As per the source URL in leadsheet. You submitted it from Coolsculpting service page and you didn't get text because some has removed all the text events from their Coolsculpting campaign.

This is only events currently added in their CS campaign.

and the pop up is taking very slow to submit

  whitney.zelig@gmail.com -  I just looked into it and although "Duplicates are allowed" in the "core campaign" but since your leads is still in progress you didn't receive the botox text. So until all the events in the campaign gets completed if you gets added to the same campaign again you will not receive any text or email.
