hey team I am hearing these guys are closing at a 40% rate. WOW ( a good number is 20%)
LMK if you see anything that jumps out to you on their high level- the way they talk to clients.
Obviously, they are very consistent. We know that works BEST. But if ya'll see anything we could implement with our other clients ( language) , lmk.

I have seen other spas get similar responses like the one from this client, and they either reply with something short, or the don't reply at all. A response like this keeps the door open.
