the botox and dermal filler side forms are not populating in the app.
The test I just did is Max TEST. It sent an email but didn't come up on google sheet or the app.

They're going to send me the other tests they ran with similar issues.

Can we turn off the filter that keeps the duplicates from coming through? So allow duplicate contacts.
