Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac , the Renovo team would like to connect the forms on the below-listed service pages to GHL. We created this spreadsheet. In column D, it says what they want the custom value to appear as in the auto-texts. And in the last column is the tag they want associating with the form fill.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - I have now changed the {{service of interest}} value for all the forms as per the sheet.

For the tags. They would be the same as service of interest value but if client wants to have a different tag than service of interest which they have mentioned in the sheet.. It would take 2-3 hrs. Please confirm.
