It's been a week since I entered the lead. They sent one text immediately (Highlevel) and sent one e-mail almost immediately. They made one phone call with a voicemail within an hour of receiving the lead as well. However, after these initial attempts, no other contact attempts occurred. No follow-up phone calls, texts, or e-mails. Should I begin writing the report for this client?

It also helps create an additional channel of communication between the spa and a potential client. However, a follow-up text was never sent. We recommend sending a follow-up text the day after the lead is received, as well as the following day if you still have not heard back from the lead.
The team at RenovoMD Medical Aesthetics sent out one welcoming, personal e-mail to the lead on the same day, about 15 minutes after receiving the lead. However, No follow-up e-mails were sent. Statistics show that sending welcoming and follow-up e-mails provide greater ROI results when it comes to leads. E-mails also aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client.
