This is done.
Created GTM -GTM-5KTXSL4  
Added Optinmonster code, added other team members as ADMINs and sent out invites. Published GTM and made it LIVE.

I verified that the GTM has been added to the client's original site. 
However, it is not on the https://ritacca.mysculpt.net site. 
It is devoid of any GTags and we need to add them if we are running a campaign from there. 
Can you please tell me if we need to add the GTM and Gtags to the microsite?

So since this GTM has been added to the https://www.ritaccalasercenter.com site, I am going to create another one to add to the https://sculpt.ritaccalasercenter.com site.
