Following the completion of client {River City Aesthetics - www.rivercityaesthetics.com} and their website (https://go.rivercityaesthetics.com) setup, began to check on pop ups, side forms and other forms on several landing pages we are running ads to, to make sure they were working correctly. And that they were populating on the leadsheet. Found an issue with the pop ups not populating on the leadsheet. Notified team.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac I am not seeing the pop ups showing up on the leadsheet.
Please take a look at it and let me know what you find out.

I couldn't find your test submission in the zapier logs to investigate your test lead most probably it's because it didn't submit successfully but I checked in the settings and also did a test on my end and received the test lead in the sheet successfully. Can you please try again on your end in incognito mode?
