I got an alert for this as well. I checked tracking last week and everything appears to be fine. The avg CPC is up 49% last 14 days vs 14 prior. All of their competitors have begun bidding more aggressively, but especially elitebodysculpture.com which has increased the CPC. 

I suggest we expand the targeting radius from 8 to 12 miles and see if we can get things turned around quickly.

I am still seeing MS | search | coolsculpting - $804.62 cost per lead, last 7 days. But it drops to $351 last seven; still high. 

Hector  yes, I increased to 12. Numbers seem ok for the month. Conversions up 50%, CPA down 40%. The CPC is really high in this market, might just be a Chicago thing.

I am still seeing that cost per conversion is at $188.60 the past 14 days. 
$217.15 the past 7. 
For the entire month, the cost per lead is at $191.25. 
Do you think the expanded targeting is working?
Or could there be something else we can do?

Hector  I think the account setup is fine here. Last 14 days vs 14 prior the CPA is down 41%, but it's still high. We expanded the radius on 4/16. It will take some time to see if that makes a difference.
