I tested both the pop ups and the side form for this client.
I am seeing that there are no lead notes showing up for the side form.
This even though I left a message.
I am also noticing that none of the lead notes are showing for hundreds of previous leads.
Can you please address this issue as soon as possible?

Can you please ask client to provide us with login credentials to their Infusionsoft account? Tell them we had to reconfigure the ZAP and in order to connect the form with their Infusionsoft. We will need access to it.
I have sent email to client with your request.
