Hector , the internet connection can also be an issue in testing speed. When we test the site speed we make sure that we got a precise result. After 2 or 3 tries and we still get low results we then put the one closest to the last result. Yes whitney.zelig@gmail.com  we are using GTmetrix.

the internet connection can also be an issue in testing speed. - This is not how it works. GTmetrix or any other speed test tools uses their own internet server speed to load the page and not user internet connection. So if a person is testing the site on GTMetrix on 2G and another person on 100mbps broadband connection it would give the same result.

I was going to say that, but I am glad you said that before I did Isaac. 
I am not doing any testing myself Isaac. I am simply following up on what I am seeing the Kristabel team report on the audit sheet.

Lucky enough I was logged in when I tested this so I was able to pull it back. Here was the result I got:

Not sure why it takes so long to upload on the GTmerix site. I opened up that page now and it fully loaded in seconds when I clicked on the ads. 

Kristabel - Thanks for sharing the report.

In the report you have you shared. You are using FULLY LOADED time. Please make sure you use "ON LOAD" settings while running tests.

I explained the difference b/w these two in another TO-DO recently to whitney.zelig@gmail.com .

And this was tested on incognito  - You can test it in the normal mode on any connection. It wouldn't affect the report.
