Please remove before and afters from slideshow and stack on top of

Look at how Skinney's video is set up on their coolsculpting page, it is
set up as an image of the video and then in the lightbox the video is
placed. I think that will help it load faster.

Great job on getting those images so small, make sure the quality is still
good, if we compress the images too small the quality could be bad so use
your best judgement. Thank you.
