We did not receive any phone calls from you. We would love to help set up a process for you to be contacting leads 3 times within the first week to maximize your ability to convert leads into consults. 

The person on the phone was friendly and built a connection with the caller. However, she didn’t ask the name of the caller or get her information. She was very knowledgeable about the process of CoolSculpting. She led the call and explained pricing and promotion that was currently going on. After the caller missed her scheduled consultation, your team followed up an hour after the missed appointment. Great job!!
