Can you help with this update for this client's site?

We need to change the billing phone number on our website.
Under About, Office, Payments (at bottom of page). Please delete 847577 0187 and put 630 424 1122 instead.  

Can we also have a section on the contact us page to indicate Billing Office with the 630 phone number too?
