We will need to shut down all of the following:

Hector will
  • - Turn off all campaigns
  • - Update all sheets
  • - Pause all conversion tags on GTM
  • Remove Website from Uptimerobot, list, etc.
  • Remove client access from the leadsheet 
Isaac, I will let you know when the date is for you to shut off their hosting and GHL. I am trying to find out now.

Closing this one to prevent the team having to go back and fourth to migrate comments.

Alyssa is closing all tasks and leaving comments that the task should now only be followed up in ClickUp. Also, there should be no new tasks created in Basecamp. Only Shane's tasks should remain in basecamp. Please do not reopen the tasks Alyssa is closing. She should be closing up your tasks because all of them are in ClickUp

I still have a list of Inactive clients who I keep tabs on here on BC3 because it is easier for me to find them and deal with them. 
I have to have reminders for me, Chris, Jenna and Isaac, etc.
Coincidentally, I also, once done, I then ARCHIVE the entire client folder.. I have my lists.
As much as we would like to do away with BC3 today, it is still being used.. it is still essential in a various ways.

It will not be easy at first but it's a necessary thing we have to do for the good of the entire team. We made sure these tasks were on ClickUp. I've already mentioned this to you various times.
