1. FB is reporting 3 leads (low for this campaign anyway) on FB, in Medstar Clients for range June 4-10
2. Lead sheet and medstar app shows only 1 lead of those 3 in that area. There are impressions for the days that did not have a lead, so ads did not get turned off.
3. I tested pop-up and gravity form, both show my lead on sheet and app.

Is there a tracking of conversions issue?
When looking at each day, there is an average 500 impressions and they fluxuate. up and down • Download

Tracking seems fine. Lead flow is very good. They have an extremely low budget.

Thanks Shane Quast, Medstar Shane . Is there anything else that may be affecting the conversion reporting or, is this just a FB glitch we have to live with? That it will over-report conversions we cannot see on the app or the lead sheet?

Calls are not recorded on the lead sheet, but they are counted as conversions in Meta. The numbers will never line up exactly.
