Okay, So I sent a request to link account to our MCC. I went into Chris Zelig account and then added our MCC as owner, removed access. We are all set.

I usually like to give it 2 weeks. Should be early next week.

Either client needs to resolve, they need to invite you guys to the account, or they need to give me admin access so I can invite you to the account.

Great news. I worked with the client and previous MKT firm, got the payment issue resolved. And the verification process initiated. The account is back on.

I don't have access to look at the ads for this client.  Please check the ad copy, I think we might need to have them updated. This client offers Emsculpt not Emsculpt NEO.

Yes, you are correct Alyssa. We are running Emsculpt NEO... that is what is on the original task. And on the client's Google ads campaign. Plus, I shared my screen and showed everyone on the CAG meeting yesterday.

I don't know how that happened and how we all missed it. The web design task has it stated as regular Emsculpt and so does the client Spreadsheet. At least it got caught early! Thanks!
