Great news. I worked with the client and previous MKT firm, got the payment issue resolved. And the verification process initiated. The account is back on. Smart campaign is now live...
I don't have access to look at the ads for this client. Please check the ad copy, I think we might need to have them updated. This client offers Emsculpt not Emsculpt NEO.

Yes, you are correct Alyssa. We are running Emsculpt NEO... that is what is on the original task. And on the client's Google ads campaign. Plus, I shared my screen and showed everyone on the CAG meeting yesterday.
