Please be advised that I have sent Dr. Morin an email regarding the verification of their Google ads account.

Need to Verify Your Google Ads Account & Payment Issue!

Hello Doctor Morin,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA.

Your Google ads account -  333-684-4070 - Morin, Robert, M.D - needs to begin the verification process before September 9th. If we do not take care of this before then, the account will be paused until done. 

In addition, you also have a Credit card on the account that is not working. The account on the CC = Visa •••• 3575 has been closed. We need to update that payment method as well. 

For Verification purposes, you will need to provide Google Ads with the following documents:
1 - a photo ID (front and back) of the owner or person in charge of Google ads account =  969-135-2856  

2 - W-9 form or - IRS verification letter (CP 575) which includes your EIN number. 

I am attaching a blank W-9 form just in case so you can see what it looks like and fill it out. To try and verify the account yourself, you can login into this Gmail account at Webtools LLC at contactforms@gmail.com where Google ads has sent instructions. You can find the link here. 

I went ahead and began the initial 1st verification process on our end. However, you will need to start the 2nd phase one to verify your organization. You can start it and then send us the documents, and I can take care of the entire process for you. Or we can set up a Zoom meeting to help you take care of it.

Great news. After several days of communication with the Doctor and Ran, I provided info and guidance to both. I had Ran add Dr. Morin as a payment user. The Doc then added a new payment method and began the verification process. We got the Google ads account reinstated... They are reviewing the ID.
