this one will be a fun challenge. I think if we can get these creatives right, Medstar can have an 'in' to a whole different level of this industry. I am going to post many examples below. Feel free to ask me as many questions as you have. I have been looking at this a lot, but this still feels like the tip of the iceberg, in a sense.

This market research goes into the details of the national-level companies that Sanctuary is competing with. Examples below.
Platform - MetaService - SemaglutideSpecial - Updated 9/15 - Get Started with $50 Off
Reference site - https://sanctuarywellnessinstitute.com/
Competitors Map (40 miles minimum): Lakeland FL but eventually, ALL of Florida.
Design Notes, etc: The client is very adamant about keeping colors and branding. He is also NOT looking for "med spa-like advertising". NO exposed bodies. NO models. Think pharma commercial and lifestyle. We will need to use men and women. According to these other ads, the aspirational image is a health, active person in their early 40's who is looks slightly high in BMI index or of normal BMI index but NOT of a low BMI index.
I am in communication with John, Sanctuary's owner, about what they do additionally. they do not ship, nor offer insurance for example, but they do offer telehealth and NO membership fees or sign ups. Simple & direct 1) Connect with Sanctuary Wellness 2) Schedule same-day virtual consult with a quality Doctor 3) Retrieve GLP-1 prescription

--- CSM Pre-approval Checklist before Handing off to Ads Manager ---
VIDEO Example on Improving Creatives for Final Approval
1. Promo is correct & *Focus on the most crucial pain points (i.e., "body contour" v. "reduce cellulite.")
2. Correct creatives & device/treatment
3. Grammar: no redundancies, active voice *Don't use the word "eliminate" b/c it triggers the data engines
4. No body parts are cut off or too close-up (Meta doesn't like POV images)
5. 20% text rule (less is more)
6. No borders
7. 3 of each size sills [1080x1080, 1920x1080, 1080x1920] & 2 videos of each IG size [square & vertical]
8. Ad Copy is correct
9. Once approved - download all still images, videos, & check for ad copy. Then, provide the zip & ad copy in this task and reassign to Shane: 'Facebook / Instagram - Set up campaign'
Thanks!
For example, one ad should have:
GLP-1 Weight Management
(checkmark) suppress appetite
(checkmark) reduce cravings
(checkmark) boost metabolism
another ad:
Finally achieve your weight loss goals
Connect with us
Schedule same-day virtual consult with a quality Doctor
Get GLP-1 prescription
another ad:
Schedule same-day virtual consult with a quality doctor and get GLP-1 for weight management
another : GLP-1 injections are a simple, once-weekly treatment option for weight management
Let me know if you come up with another good version.
I will give them to Susanna in her task, but I want you to be aware of them so you can think of this stuff in the future.
thanks!
I am so impressed by this teamwork b/c this is outside of our normal but I think ya'll have knocked it out of the park.
My only comment - and this is b/c I had a conversation with the client on the style, is if they can look more conventionally pharmaceutical level? Keep these, but add two or 3 more?
When I look at ReflexMD, some of PlushCare and some of Henry meds' ad creative above, I see photography with shadows and dimension and not as much flat outdoor lighting which speaks to a higher-cost feel in photography, especially in the men.
It's almost trying to mimic high-end, men's lifestyle shoots (Henry Cavill) . Some of the women are also in a moodier setting, even though in daylight mimicking editorial-style home lighting (Bobby Berk) like in Architectural Digest (Jen Aniston).
Here's some I screenshot from adobe stock. I was only looking for photo style and what might fit this campaign. A lot came up as generative ai and disproportionately af am people!
I keep going back and forth on this b/c on the one had - it says what it is. But on the other hand, it makes it sound like hidden fees and pricing can go up later on. Which they may or may not - this is only a service to get a prescription and the cost of medication is up to the patient.
The market is currently charging $129 (Plushcare) for an initial visit as the lowest price. Sanctuary plans to charge $119 for the initial visit after this $50 off.
What do you think about marketing $119? OR, doing an A/B campaign where some say $50 off and the other half say '$119 to start"? Then again, no one on META is posting prices so consumers may still be very unaware.
Thoughts?
$50 off doctor prescribed & guided weight loss injections?
$50 off weight loss shot prescription?
Let me get new images to Susanna
The second one is exactly what it is but not as strong a call to action (also illegal to pay for a prescription)?
What do you think of "Get Started with $50 OFF"?
paying for a consultation
Am I okay to pull any to show the client yet?
I will download and connect with Johh now.

Do we need anything else on this task?
