Hi Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne , I've pulled photos and created a Screencastify to go through the options.  It was tough to find images that represented the right balance between what John will like, what the market is leading with on a national level, and what Medstar represents.

I'm guessing you and your team have a mental catalogue too, so that some of these images might inspire photos I've not seen that would be perfect.
