Notes: Hi Isaac the client told me today that they no longer make outbound calls in the app because when he tested making an outbound call through the app to his personal phone it came up as spam.

Shouldn't the A2P verification stopped this from happening and should be showing the practice name in the caller ID?

A2P is only for the text.

For the calls. It's the CNAM which for this client is still under review. I will try to escalate it.

Quick Note - Even after CNAM approved there is not a 100% guarantee that the correct caller ID will show up on the lead's phone screen because each network carrier uses their own caller ID database.
