Hi Emily, Medstar Emily - Could you please have Isaac create a GHL after hours SMS workflow for Sante, https://santembb.com? There is an existing SMS template, but it needs to be rewritten. Can it say something like:

Hi, {{contact.first_name}}! Thanks for contacting Sante - Mind Body Beauty. We are currently closed, but we'll be sure to reach out to you about {{contact.service_of_interest}} during normal business hours! Or, click here to book now: https://doquv.myaestheticrecord.com/online-booking

It should start Saturday's at 3pm and run until Tuesday's at 9am.

Also, there is another template in GHL that will need to be adjusted for these after hours as well.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please get the after-hours template in GHL connected to the workflow and have it go out if anybody tries contacting them via text or phone from Saturday's at 3pm until Tuesday's at 9am.
