Hi Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac On Sante's site, we set up on the navigation menu a Booking link. There are two options: one for New Patients and one for Existing Patients. The new patient form, which you can see below, has a dropdown asking how they heard about Sante. Would the patient's answer to How did you hear about us? show up on the lead sheet or GHL?

For some reason when we filled out the form, thewhere did you hear about us did not show up leadsheet it also did not show up in GHL
