✔ GLICs not showing on Leadsheet

I am seeing a similar problem with this client which I reported with others. The leads on the leadsheet are not showing the GLICs so I am not able to track where they are coming from. Is this something you can look into?
Please let me know.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I looked in the form settings and all looks good in there. We are using the same settings that we have on all the other client websites so it's very strange that it's not capturing the utms.

Have we already asked Shane if everything is set up properly on his end?

The strangest thing. Most of the clients show the UTMS and GLICs on the leadsheet. It is a few of them. I am seeing more and more lately so I am not sure what it is that is causing this. 
Yes, Shane already knows as I have another task with the same thing happening. 
Let me see what else I find out.
