First things first.
This client seems to have changed the name of the GMB.
It used to be called Sante Mind Body Beauty
and now they changed it to Santé Med Spa which made it difficult for me to follow up. 

Brittany, next time, please include me in any emails pertaining to GMB issues. 
If you have already sent them an email, then they can follow up and take care of it.
