Do you know how to go in and delete the phone numbers like Jessica and Vania used to do? Do you do that now? Do you know how to check on the client side if your lead shows up?

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne  - At the time when this began, I was only requested to do a recorded call for them on botox. (Which is why no texts were sent - I did not put in the lead - but then I began a shop using my number as the 8x8 number is in use with them for the semaglutide shop so I can't use that number twice at the same time and I have the automated texts) Yes I know how to go in and delete the phone numbers, I do that typically 24 hours after I submit the report to the CSM. I also know how to refer to the clients lead sheet to check if my lead shows up.) This one was just truly an oversight/mistake because it started as only doing a recorded call for botox and then I just started an entire shop.  *They did great** 3 calls, 3 texts, good recorded call.  I'm concluding report now and will be posting shortly
