Notes: Hi Elizabeth , Can you please set up one secret shop and two front desk calls for this client. Can these call be for botox and semaglutide.
Client is closed on sun/mon can we plan for one call on Tue in the am and one on Thur in the pm.

If/when they mention the consultation fee, here are some questions to ask.
1. Consult fee- what term are they using to describe it?
2. Is it refundable?
3. Can it be used toward the treatment/ other treatments if not a candidate?
FYI we noticed from notes in GHL that the FD is brushing off the leads.

For secret shops the process is process is to input a lead, commence with text engagement, and then place a recorded call. I can begin these two shops at the same time if you like. Or are you asking for a secret shop to be done on Semaglutide and ONLY a recorded call to be done on botox??

I can begin the shop tomorrow (Tuesday morning) then the recorded call would take place either Tuesday 10/17 or Thursday 10/19.

thank you, I was referencing the two recorded calls be done separate from the secret shop. One call is for semaglutide and the other call is for botox. Really these calls are to see how the front desk engages their leads. There is 4% conversion rate on their GHL acct and we believe its because they aren't using the app and moving leads the way they should be- we just needed some context as to how the interaction with the FD is.
