hope that makes sense Julian Rios III, Medstar Julian  all you have to do is change it to 1,000 and delete the disclaimer on the bottom

So good man. A few suggestions:

"Get up to $1000 OFF CoolSculpting" - make in all caps use helvetica. Try a CoolSCulpting blue color for the text. 

$1000 - make bolder use Helvetica
Make logo 33% smaller
