I adjusted to this so it should show up on all pages on the entire site except the contact page and the confirmation page, can you please double check I did it right. 

Couple things were missing both in Optinmonster and Optinmonster plugin settings on the site but I have updated it and Optin is appearing sitewide except contact and /c/confirmation pages now.

Also I have disabled their old popups they had running on the site.

You are the best. Thank you.
