Lead form name is Coolsculpting - Schedule An Appointment - 02-2020

Chris - DONE - I have connected above FB lead ad form with client's leadsheet.

Isaac - Confirming the client is getting a notification via zapier once they fill out the FB lead form. Shane can you tell Isaac  the name of the form so he can hook it up. 

Chris - Earlier I hooked up the FB leads ads form only with their leadsheet and not email.

I have hooked it up to their email - discover@sculptology.com as well now.

Let me know if we need to do the same for Aura derm FB leads form as well. Thanks. 

Yes please notify the clients emall. Please confirm with Hector  the correct emails
