The only issue I found with them was them receiving a ton of spam leads. Isaac looked into it and changed the forms.

Have you guys seen what the Titanium Success agency did to this account?  They should be embarrassed. Embarrassed beyond belief. In one campaign they spent 80% of the budget on the keyword "fat."  Like literally nothing else, just "fat."  The ad copy is so poor... I just can't find words.  In a normal situation I would advise our client to file legal action against the previous manager. I'm seeing red that people will just lie lie lie like this and steal money from others. 

I am almost certain that they have someone who thinks he or she is very smart and can do what Shane does. As well as all we did for them. Trying to save money by cutting corners. 

They're just reusing our exact campaigns and ads, just changing the names and misspelling things in the campaign name

Perhaps I can give the spa a heads up and try to save them as a client? What are you seeing that they are doing incorrectly besides spelling?
