Coolsculpting consumer demand is seasonal. It is normal for a business to
slow down in late August through the end of September and also during the
holidays. During these periods fewer people are searching for these
treatments on Google. So it is normal to see fewer leads and business.
Right after the holidays, consumer demand goes way up and should remain
steady through the end of summer 2020. We are constantly working to get you
as many customers as possible regardless of the season.
Attached are the reports for Google Ads and Facebook for last month.
Google Ads Account Summary:

$1,153 / 41 / $28.13
Notes on Google Ads:
- Actual spend was below target for September.
- Conversion tracking wasn’t working last month, so the month/month
comparison metrics aren't entirely informative. We resolved this situation
with your website developers.
- I'm extremely suspicious of an 93% performance increase in the
conversion rate. I made some changes to conversion tracking today to try to
resolve any potential overreporting issues.
Facebook Account Summary:
(Spent / Conversions / CPA)
$550.93 / 8 / $68.87
Notes on Facebook:
- Spend on the campaigns I manage was right on budget last month.
However, there were a number of promoted posts that caused the total spend
to exceed the budget.
- There were 8 coolsculpting leads at an average cost / lead of $37.50.
- Despite the decrease, the total number of leads was still strong. The
average cost / lead was very competitive for Coolsculpting. I'll work to
see if I can get this number down this month.
- All leads were from users on mobile devices last month.
