Hi Alyssa here are my edits for your review.

1. Can this image on the home page be aligned differently so there is not so much negative space? It's ok, the homepage will usually look something like this. 

2. On the About us page, can there be more space between the header and the text? - I think its ok

3. On the mobile version of the about us page- can Seaside Skin Care be on the second line? -Its ok

4. On both of the mobile versions of the Emsculpt Neo and IV Therapy pages- can the header (EMSCULPT NEO / IV THERAPY) be bolder and the sub text fit better on one/two lines? - I'll ask the developer. This website theme is more limited in customization but I agree it would look better.
