 I am afraid to "delete" the secret shopper alias myself b/c I don't want to do it wrong. All I can think of is to put it in Abandoned, that sounds wrong! What is the correct way, please?

 the date on the Numa secret shop is correct. I submitted the lead on 10/5/21 with my name (Elizabeth Ruffa) and phone number (5708301982) and email address (eruffa87@gmail.com). Also confirming that the recorded call was placed on 10/14/21. Thank you

 is the date on the Numa secret shop correct? It says 10.5 but I don't see a laser hair removal lead that day. The recording portion says 10.14. Also, can you list the fake name you use for the secret shop so we can look for the lead?
