Yes, they sent me one personal e-mail at 1:40 PM (EST) and they texted me immediately at 11:33 AM (EST) so I'm assuming they have Highlevel. They also sent a personal text as well at 11:56 AM (EST). They have not called yet, though.

They texted me immediately the same day at 11:33 AM (EST) and also sent a personal text the same day at 11:56 AM (EST). However, they didn't call until 2 days after receiving the lead. They also never sent any follow-up e-mails or made any follow-up calls. Should I begin writing the report for this client?

I have also attached a screenshot of the only e-mail they sent (two hours after receiving the lead). I think it would be beneficial to offer them our e-mail services.   • The staff at Shiloh Medical Clinic sent a welcoming text message immediately, which is very beneficial because it lets the client know that their request has been received.  It also helps create an additional channel of communication between the spa and a potential client. A second text was sent about 30 minutes after receiving the lead from the potential client. However, a follow-up text was never sent. We recommend sending a follow-up text the day after the lead is received, as well as the following day if you still have not heard back from the lead.


  • The team at Shiloh Medical Clinic sent out one personal e-mail to the lead on the same day, about two hours after receiving the lead. No follow-up e-mails were sent. Statistics show that sending welcoming and follow-up e-mails provide greater ROI results when it comes to leads. E-mails also aid in initiating and building a line of communication between the lead and the client.
 
  • One phone call was made and one voicemail was left. However, the phone call was made and voicemail was left two days after receiving the lead from the potential client.
