Yes, they sent me one personal e-mail at 1:40 PM (EST) and they texted me immediately at 11:33 AM (EST) so I'm assuming they have Highlevel. They also sent a personal text as well at 11:56 AM (EST). They have not called yet, though.

This client sent one personal e-mail the same day at 1:40 PM (EST). They texted me immediately the same day at 11:33 AM (EST) and also sent a personal text the same day at 11:56 AM (EST). However, they didn't call until 2 days after receiving the lead. They also never sent any follow-up e-mails or made any follow-up calls. Should I begin writing the report for this client?
