staff is having a hard time in salesmanship
Front desk training for July 24th.
staff doesn't want to be on app but also, not wanting to put other leads in from the app
'rough around the edges' staff
hired 'shot gun style'
will not answer calls with a script
he is calling them 'sheep' - oh damn
start w/ sandwich approach "you've been very enthusiastic, he's happy about that" and last quarter biggest gross revenue, then integrate issues, then more praise.

hire a remote center and train them?
He is not paying them a commission.
they have ownership which is GREAT, now they just need to adhere to advice that is better for sales.

Sophia comes from plastic surgery background and upselling and cross-selling is new.
Issue - 4 schedules running at once. we can't sweet talk everyone for 15 minutes.
Under-staffed. Very fast-paced. When dead we attack emails and leads but when busy we can't at the same time. Everyone is in the front, 5 people can't even hear when making an appointment.
