Here are the action plan steps we outlined:

Step 1 - get the secret shop in and analyze it.
Step 2 - implement secret shop findings to better the in-house sales experience and the staff's experience.
Step 3 - Draft and then implement a growth plan. Dr. Caiati can meet with outside industry and business experts to glean information on how-to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
Step 4 - In tandem, start implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic, sales, and credibility to the website. See Haus of Aesthetics & Skinney's searchable and ranking SEO blogs by Medstar. 

 Unique SEO content creation and strategic content placement - $1750/month

Additionally, receive:

• Monthly keyword and competitive research 
• On-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, internal linking and other elements 
• Google Business Profile optimization and monthly updates
• Online directory and citation maintenance
• On-site/Technical SEO: Monthly website optimization and management, including improvements to design or development
• Data Monitoring and Reporting: Set-up and management of Google Search Console and various SEO tools to ensure optimal performance

Step 5 - Once Front Desk and in-house staff is running optimally, train them on social media engagement and visibility.

Step 6 - Review: how have these strategies been working? What can we do more or less of to meet our goals? Is now the time to approach a PR firm?
