Hey Whitney, Good morning. Was there a specific email to which I should reply? I searched Chris emails and I do not see any recent one of her asking for help. Also, they have a problem since they have DUPLICATE locations on their accounts. We have to delete one of them. I can make a quick video showing her how to log in. She also needs to verify the GMB. Please let me know which email to reply to or Fwd it to me so I can reply to her with instructions from there. Thanks.

Yes, I saw that in Chris inbox. I am going to create the video letting her know that there are TWO different Sight of Beauty GMB accounts to see which one she wants to keep and which one she will delete. We then need to verify it the other one. I just sent her a video =

Well that is not how Google sees it. They have it as DUPLICATE Location. Either way, only one will make it on Google maps, not both. Unless they try explaining what you said to Google which is laughable to say the least. Not sure how the client or you want to go about it.

This location is a duplicate of a location you don't own or manage on Google. Remove your location or request to become the owner or manager of the existing location. That is their message. Can you tell her I am going to try to claim the 2nd location for them and to be on the lookout for a text to this number (516) 293-0459) to verify they own the place?

She has yet to respond to my first email about there being 2 duplicate locations. If she does not respond by the morning, I will try and call her or the spa directly to see.
