I was wondering if you could assist me with a problem we are having with Google. Maybe you can point me in the right direction. Our clients are saying when they put our address in they get directed past us. When we tell them to put starbucks address in, it takes them right to us. We are 1451 Old Country Road and Starbucks is 1411.
Would you know how we can get that corrected?

That is strange. Let me take a look at it and try to figure out what is going on. Will keep you posted about my findings. BTW, thanks for the Superman moniker. Love it.

You may need to call Google Support on this. We need to get this taken care of.

I followed up on your email requesting access to their GMB page. I noticed today that they did respond and have invited Support@Medstar. However, I did not see it since it did not go into the inbox, but the UPDATES box. In either case, I will begin working on this today. If I have to contact them directly, I will do so.

Hey bud, I deleted the duplicate location. It should reflect over the next couple of days. I deleted the one without a store code listed. I think we should still try to figure out the Starbucks thing for them.
Thanks because I tried to do that yesterday but told me I was not able to due to permission. I been trying to figure out why this is happening since the address seems legit. But the problem is that Google Maps satellite view does not let you see much. There is nothing but TREES in front of the addresses. Hard to pinpoint the actual spot. Nonetheless, I will keep trying to figure it out by contacting them to see if they can help.

When I enter directions, it takes me directly to their location, not Starbucks.
The problem is that in order to REPORT this issue to GMB, it has to be done using directions screenshots. They show directions correctly.

I tried using different routes, by the way. Mostly, those that would have me pass by the Starbucks first. Still, in each case, driving directions took me straight to the Sight of Beauty spot.

Write the client from my email account add this graphic. Tell them we deleted a duplicate listing which may be causing problems and ask them to check it again that the problem should be resolved.
