I added this info to spreadsheets last Wednesday.
I went ahead and created a LINE in the client spreadsheet that says New Server - Copy to and added this info there.

I added to menu. Jonnamae for now on- go ahead and add all pages to menu ( as long as they have a graphic, form, and content) without having to ask for approval first.

The site not secure issue has since been corrected as per instructions and actions in another thread.
