I don't see an account w/ that number in Business Manager. 

Shane, that is all I have for now.
I see in the client's notes in Chris inbox that she had some issues with her FB account.
She is like me that doesn't use Facebook so she had her son create the page.

Did they get suspended for some reason? Or maybe they just didn't use it in so long that FB disabled it. 

Shane that could be it. As I mentioned before, she said her son created it account for her. 
Whitney, we have to - or they - have to contact Facebook to see if the account can be enabled again. If not, they may need to create a new one.
