Created Call rail account for Skin Focused.
Added users, created individual account for client.
Individual Client login - User = Dr. Meredith Kosann
Email - drkosann@skinfocused.com
Password - Email sent to client to create it.

Added tracking numbers, call monitoring options.
Created GTM CR container in Client's GTM. Added Javascript code to GTM, added Callrail tag to GTM, set to live.
