the coolsculpting pages on their site are for specific body parts (body, arms, chin) should I do the same with the hero images for coolsculpting?  

make a few options. they mentioned on the call that they like the zoomed-in body parts. do as many graphics as you want so i can show them options and that we are working. have fun with it

For fonts. Neither of those fonts are available in theme. We can either add them using custom code or client can choose from hundreds of other fonts that are available in the theme.

Let me know in case you need me to send instructions from where they can change fonts. Thanks.
