I believe that the only thing we have not tried is to contact Google support directly to see if they can provide us with more information about the ads account. The only way to do that is by adding the account to our MCC. I have been saying this for weeks now.. but anyways, you guys decide what is best

- its not embarrassing. Google is blocking them not us. Google is making it very hard for medical providers. A lot of people are complaining about this at this conference. I will call you about this. This is Chris by the way

, Chris spoke to Shane, and Shane doesn't think we can do much but we have to continue to try. Can you please get these clients on a call, remove us from the account, just have it be them, and submit a screenshot with id, bank account and card. All of this info should be in 1 pdf to combine these documents. Let me know your thoughts!

The rejection came back almost immediately. I think there is a bigger issue in play and Google isn't even reviewing the appeals. We can try whatever you guys think best, but it might be an uphill battle.

So the only way to contact them again is through an MCC account. I do so using another client's account and then from there... I can bypass Google ads blocking - as you know any account that is suspended is blocked from contacting support -
